PHD is based in Leyland and in a great position to cover anywhere within the Leyland to Preston area; making use of the Preston and Chorley test centres. It is also very conveniently placed with the motorway network to provide quality motorway and Pass Plus lessons.

Not only do we teach inexperienced drivers to reach a safe standard to be able to pass the L-test, but we also provide ongoing training to experienced drivers who, for example, may be nervous about driving on faster roads or have difficulty in parking. Driving Instructor training is also given for parts 1,2 & 3 of the qualifying exam.
